Staff mobility for teaching purposes
By fostering the international mobility of its teaching staff, LMU strengthens both its own international profile and that of the receiving institution. Participating lecturers have the chance to obtain international teaching experience, build their professional networks, and engage in intensive discussions that open up new perspectives. Furthermore, the program provides students at the partner institution, who are unable to study abroad, an international studying experience.
Staff mobilility for vocational training purposes
Within the Erasmus+ program, LMU staff members can receive funding for vocational training at European partner institutions. LMU's aim is to further internationalize the university, to strengthen its staff members' international and professional competencies and to help open up new perspectives.
Setting up and expanding international partnerships
The International Office provides advice and support for those at LMU who are directly involved in international exchange partnerships for students and researchers. If you wish to pay an initial visit to a prospective partner institution or for further consultations with existing partners, a limited amount of funding is available for this purpose.
